Numbers

Our God is a God of order. (1 Cor. 14:40)

It is interesting to note that when the Bible mentions God and the words "numbers" or "counts" it is very clear that He pays attention to things with detail. God gave one entire book of the Bible the title of Numbers and as you read about the Israelites you will clearly see how important order is to your Heavenly Father.
Consider the following verses: Matt. 10:30 "Even the hairs on my head are numbered.."; Ps. 39:4 "Show me O Lord, my life's end and the number of my days."; Gen.15:5 "God took Abraham outside and said,"Look up at the heavens and count the stars-if indeed you can count them." and Ps. 147:4 "God counts each star and calls them each by name."
WOW!! If the God of this universe created and counts every star and calls each one by name then He knows right where you are today, He knows your name and He cares for you.
You can trust God of the universe with your life, soul and your cares. I encourage you to call out to the God who created the stars and knows them each by name. The God of heaven and earth knows you by name and is trustworthy and faithful.
