Start Your Day In A Healthy Way

Ecclesiastes 11:6
"Plant your seed in the morning and keep busy all afternoon, for you don’t know if profit will come from one activity or another—or maybe both."

Are you a morning person? How do you start your day?
Do you have a healthy meal, do a little exercising, shower and dress and run out the door taking care of your responsibilities for the day?
Does your morning regular routine include God?
Did you know that God explains in the Bible how to be healthy each morning physically and spiritually?

Proverbs 14:30
"A peaceful heart leads to a healthy body; jealousy is like cancer in the bones."

IF WE SEEK GOD'S PEACE TO LIVE IN OUR HEARTS IT WILL LEAD
          OUR BODY TO HEALTH!

How are you doing in the peace compartment of your life?
Are you seeking God's peace on a daily basis?

Psalm 5:3
"Listen to my voice in the morning, LordEach morning I bring my requests to you and wait expectantly."

GOD IS LISTENING AND WAITING TO HEAR FROM US ON A
DAILY BASIS. ASK, SEEK AND KNOCK!

Psalm 55:17
"Morning, noon, and night I cry out in my distress, and the Lord hears my voice."

THERE IS NOT A RIGHT OR WRONG TIME TO PRAY or SPENDING TIME
READING YOUR BIBLE. THE ONLY WRONG CHOICE YOU CAN MAKE IS
NOT SEEKING GOD WHILE HE MAY BE FOUND.

Psalm 90:14
"Satisfy us each morning with your unfailing love, so we may sing for joy to the end of our lives."

GOD PROMISES TO SATISFY US WITH HIS UNFAILING LOVE.
HE WILL SUPPLY US WITH JOY FOR OUR ENTIRE LIVES. CAN
YOU IMAGINE ......JOY THAT WILL LAST OUR ENTIRE LIFETIME.

Psalm 143:8
"Let me hear of your unfailing love each morning, for I am trusting you. Show me where to walk for I give myself to you."

WHEN WE SEEK THE LORD IN THE MORNING, HE WILL GUIDE US
AND DIRECT US WHERE TO WALK AND WHAT TO DO FOR THE DAY.

One of my favorite Pastors has a short saying that is a good reminder of how to start our day with God. You may want to try this yourself and with your family. Don't forget to share and pass it on to a friend.

NO BIBLE, NO BREAKFAST!

Be encouraged. You can do this. Ask God to help you read His Bible and pray each morning not out of duty but with desire. The amount of time you spend with God each morning is up to you and the Holy Spirit to determine.  Ask and you shall find!

Today's Thought:
Lord, every morning I will start my day with Your Word and I am believing Your promises of peace, satisfaction, joy and guidance!
