DON'T GIVE UP

Galatians 6:9

"Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we don't give up."

Today we will dig into only one verse instead of an entire chapter of Scripture.
Galatians is a small book in the New Testament with only six chapters. This book in the Bible follows the book of 2 Corinthians and is followed by the book of Ephesians.
Galatians was written by the apostle Paul as a letter to the Christians in the Galatia area.
I want to break up this verse into three parts.
This is one of my favorite verses to memorize.  I use this verse in my daily life and prayers for encouragement when I really need the strength to keep moving forward.
I encourage you to try to memorize this Scripture as well.

"LET US NOT GROW WEARY IN DOING GOOD"
Do you feel discouraged at times? Are you tired and weary?
Are you stuck being weary and worn down from doing right or something good in your life?
It can be discouraging to continue to do good and right in your life and not receive any appreciation or see any results.
What can we learn?
We need to learn to continue in doing the good and let the results to God.

"FOR AT THE PROPER TIME WE WILL REAP A HARVEST"
God is never early or late. God is always right on time.
If you desire to have peace then you will need to give God His rightful place in your life and acknowledge that He is in control and has the best timing.
When the farmer plants the seeds in the fields for the season, he must wait until it is the PROPER TIME
for the Harvest to appear. It is in the waiting that the seed grows into its full potential end product.
God has PERFECT TIMING.
You can trust God.
You do your best and God will do the rest.

"IF YOU DON'T GIVE UP!"
You and I must continue to be active and do our part that God has called us to and NEVER NEVER GIVE UP!!!
No one is a failure until they quit and give up.
God never changes but He uses change to help us see Him and grow with Him personally.

Therefore, never give up! Be strong and courageous.
